Groundworks and construction in Cornwall AC Groundworks aims to deliver quality work, using certified engineers to set out the whole of the development. Established in March 2000 as a partnership between Alan and Terry Caddy.

Terry is a time served Mason, has an excellent tradesman's reputation and has been trading as a general builder for approximately 30 years, covering a multitude of construction skills, from setting out and digging foundations to tiling roofs.

Cornwall construction and groundworks Alan is also a Mason by trade and after spending 4 years learning construction skills from Terry, decided to leave in 1992 to explore the Construction Industry. After having worked for several Construction companies he finally settled with St Piran Homes (Formally known as David Ball Construction).

Here he worked as a Mason and having shown promise he was then promoted to charge hand and finally foreman where he worked constructing the factory for David Ball Construction, now known as Clearwood Joinery, developing houses in Bodmin and contributed in them winning two NHBC pride in the job awards.
